Our client, a well-established full-service law firm in Scotland, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join its busy and highly regarded Glasgow team. This is a key role within a collaborative and top-tier practice known for advising on major commercial property transactions across the country.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, commercial leasing, and property finance. Clients include developers, investors, lenders, public bodies, and corporate occupiers operating in sectors such as retail, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure.
The role offers excellent variety and scope, working alongside respected colleagues on significant, high-value deals. Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial real estate law, with strong technical ability and confidence in handling complex transactions. The firm is open to considering candidates at Senior Solicitor, Associate, or Legal Director level depending on experience.
