We are delighted to be working on this new role with our client, a long-established and successful firm, seeking an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join its dynamic team in Glasgow. This role will primarily focus on lease-related work, including advising on lease negotiations, renewals, and drafting.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice to clients and working closely with them to ensure their needs are met effectively.

To be considered, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property law. You must be able to run your own files with minimal supervision and have strong communication and client-facing skills.

The firm can offer hybrid work arrangements and welcomes applications from candidates seeking a part-time position (minimum 3 days per week). Salary will be commensurate with experience.
