We are delighted to be instructed on this Senior Property role with our client, Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace LLP. Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace is a full-service law firm headquartered in Aberdeen, and the firm currently has a requirement for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its busy office in Aberdeen.
This is a varied and interesting position, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a wide range of property matters, including:
- Development work
- Land acquisitions for both residential and commercial developers
- The purchase and sale of commercial properties
- Funding agreements
To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of one year’s PQE and significant experience in commercial property. Candidates currently operating at Partner level are also encouraged to apply.
