We are delighted to have been instructed on this Senior Property role with our client, Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace LLP. Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace is a full-service law firm headquartered in Aberdeen; the firm currently has a need for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its busy office in Aberdeen on a full-time basis.
This is an interesting position, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a diverse caseload of property matters including:
- Property and development work
- Acquisitions of land for both residential and commercial developers
- The sale and purchase of commercial properties
- Funding agreements
To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with extensive knowledge of commercial property. Interested candidates who are currently at Partner level are also encouraged to apply.
