A modern and growing UK law firm is currently recruiting a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team in its Glasgow office. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on debt recovery. There will also be opportunities to assist on broader commercial disputes including contract disputes and shipping litigation.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage cases from an early stage with a reasonable level of autonomy, and will report directly to an experienced partner. The team is seeking candidates with around 2–4 years’ PQE, although strong applicants slightly outside this range will also be considered. Prior debt recovery experience is not essential, provided candidates have solid litigation experience and are comfortable appearing in court.
