This independent commercial law firm in Scotland is currently recruiting for a Partner to join its highly ranked Litigation Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team is involved in managing a diverse range of litigation transactions, including real estate litigation, Court of Session and Sheriff Court litigation, Planning Inquiries, Mediations, Lands Tribunal, and Land Court cases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial litigation, with prior experience in managing cases in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session being highly desirable. This position requires strong business development skills and the ability to build or already possess a solid network of client contacts.
