An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Disputes Associate to join a growing and highly respected disputes team, based in Scotland but focused on England & Wales litigation and international arbitration work. The team is known for its collaborative and forward-thinking approach, embracing new technology and supporting professional development.

The role combines client work with business development and offers strong support for professional growth. You will work on complex High Court and international disputes across sectors such as finance, energy, technology, and life sciences, including class actions and cross-border cases. From day one, you will manage key litigation tasks, collaborate with partners, and liaise directly with major clients.

Applicants must be England & Wales qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, up to Legal Director level, and experienced in commercial disputes. A Scottish qualification is welcome but not required.
