This leading international law firm is recruiting a Business Group Knowledge Lawyer to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to move into a strategic knowledge and innovation-focused role, supporting the development of legal expertise, training, legal technology adoption and best practices across a highly regarded real estate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading knowledge management initiatives across the Real Estate group, including legal updates, training programmes and best practice development
- Supporting the adoption and implementation of legal technology, AI tools and innovation projects across the wider team
- Developing and maintaining precedents, legal resources and knowledge-sharing processes to support high-quality client service
- Working closely with partners, business development and innovation teams on thought leadership, client training and strategic projects
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least 5 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a real estate team at a large commercial law firm. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a genuine interest in legal innovation, knowledge management and the development of legal technology. Experience mentoring, training or coaching colleagues would be advantageous.
