An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join an award-winning Scottish law firm in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The firm offers nationwide legal advice across a broad range of practice areas. This is a key role within a highly regarded banking and finance team, advising a diverse client base including major banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.
You will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, with proven experience across a wide range of banking matters, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, and general debt finance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage client relationships and support junior colleagues.
