Our client, a well-established national law firm, is currently recruiting for two Banking Lawyers to join its expanding team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow on a full-time basis. The team provides guidance to clients on a broad spectrum of financing transactions across various sectors, with particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional matters.
One position is for candidates with 2-4 years’ PQE, and the other is for those with 4-6 years’ PQE. Successful candidates will be involved in all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including but not limited to drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, negotiating intercreditor agreements, and managing live lending transactions. Experience in liaising with borrowers, lenders, or investors is essential.
Working closely with both the local and national banking teams, the successful candidates will be expected to support and assist colleagues across a range of matters, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, and asset-based lending (ABL).
