Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its highly regarded Finance Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advises on a broad spectrum of finance matters, including leveraged and real estate finance, corporate banking, as well as more specialist areas such as fund finance, loan portfolio transactions, and central bank advisory work.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. Ideally, you’ll have experience gained at a commercial law firm, particularly within banking, corporate, real estate, or projects. Strong academic credentials, commercial awareness, a client-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential.
