Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its top-ranked Banking & Finance team in Edinburgh. The team advises on a broad range of transactions, including fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, and restructuring.
This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile UK and cross-border deals alongside recognised specialists. The firm offers training, including in fund finance, and supports career development with options such as dual qualification and involvement in cross-sector initiatives.
Applicants should have at least four years’ PQE (Scottish, English, or dual-qualified), excellent drafting and communication skills, and a strong interest in finance law. A collaborative approach, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm for client work are essential.
