Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an additional Solicitor to join its busy office in Ayr.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and executries to develop their career within a reputable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and advising on Wills , Powers of Attorney, and associated documents.
- Managing executries (estate administration) from initial instruction through to completion.
- Advising on trusts, including setting up and administration.
- Providing inheritance tax planning advice and guidance on succession and estate planning.
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of client care.
- Attending client meetings, often at sensitive times, with professionalism and empathy.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with intermediaries, such as financial planners and accountants.
