We are currently working with a leading UK law firm that is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its highly ranked Employment Team in Glasgow. This opportunity offers early discussions around Partnership for the right candidate, along with the chance to work within a team recognised by Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
The successful candidate will handle complex and varied work, including advising employers on internal matters such as disciplinaries and restructures, leading Employment Tribunal claims (primarily for Respondents), and supporting TUPE, outsourcing, and corporate transactions.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Drafting employment documentation
- Enforcing restrictive covenants
- Driving business development
- Supervising junior team members
To be considered for this role, you will have between 3-7 years’ PQE, experience working with large corporate clients, and proven capabilities in business development and leadership. The team are also open to more senior level lawyers.
