    We are currently working on this interesting role with our client, an independent Scottish Law Firm with clients both in the UK and internationally. The firm is seeking to recruit an additional Lawyer to join its Energy Team. This position offers flexibility in location, with the post based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the broader energy team, offering corporate support to our clients and helping them navigate a changing legal environment. You can expect to be involved in a variety of areas including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and renewable energy projects. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with strong corporate experience as well as experience within the renewable energy sector.
  • Corporate Finance – Glasgow or Edinburgh
    This well-established and diverse law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate Team in either its Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen office. The role involves working closely with clients and colleagues in areas including, but not limited to, share incentives, regulation, media and technology, and real estate. The team welcomes applications from candidates with 2-6 years’ PQE level and strong corporate finance transactional experience. However, candidates with less experience in this area who demonstrate enthusiasm for applying their skills to this dynamic work will also be considered.
