This leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen. The firm is one of the largest in the country and its dedicated team provides legal support to a diverse client base on litigation, arbitration, commercial dispute resolution and ADR matters. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and can expect to play a key role in the growth of the business.
Core tasks will include:
- Advise clients on dispute resolution with a commercial approach.
- Work with corporate, professional, and high net worth clients.
- Handle complex issues with tight deadlines.
- Represent clients in courts and arbitrations.
- Supervise and support junior team members.
- Maintain effective client relationships and support business development.
The ideal candidate for this position will have upwards of 6 years’ PQE with extensive experience in commercial litigation. Good knowledge of court and tribunal procedure, particularly jurisdiction, is desirable.
