Looking for a great opportunity to work with the largest RV dealer in the industry and advance your career? We’re looking for qualified Shuttle Drivers to join our Rentals Team. This is a Part Time, Seasonal position for the period of April 2026 – mid‑October 2026 at our Bedford location. The ideal candidate will exhibit the attributes of Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
Job Duties
- Provide customer service, including greeting and assistance with luggage
- Maintain a safe environment for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus
- Inspect the bus for damages and ensure that all equipment is in working order
- Adhere to traffic regulations, use defensive driving skills, and drive with seat belts
- Transport customers to and from the rental facility
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Class 2 or 4) with a clean abstract
- Have customer service experience
- Have experience driving passengers
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to assist customers with luggage
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Work well under pressure
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work on weekends
- Provide references and undergo a criminal clearance check during the hiring process
Work Conditions
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings
- May require overtime
- Ability to stand for long periods and to bend, twist, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies
- May need to lift or move, including shovelling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies
- Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment, including power washers and hand tools
