The
Role: We are looking for a highly organised and commercially focused Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of customer engagement, loyalty and CRM activity for our Frasers Plus product.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the role will play a key part in developing and optimising customer communications, loyalty campaigns and strategic marketing workstreams.
The successful candidate will take ownership of CRM automations and personalised customer journeys, lead the operational delivery of loyalty initiatives, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Customer Engagement
- Act as the lead for CRM automations, ensuring all customer journeys are maintained, optimised and performing effectively.
- Own the development and implementation of variable and personalised content across CRM channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and retention through automation and segmentation.
- Work closely with data, analytics and external agencies/platforms to continuously enhance customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign and automation performance and make recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Loyalty Programme Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of loyalty campaigns and offers, including setup, testing, execution and post-campaign evaluation.
- Manage the loyalty campaign calendar, ensuring activity is aligned with wider business priorities and trading plans.
- Coordinate campaign reporting and communicate performance results to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all loyalty activity is delivered accurately, compliantly and in line with agreed processes.
- Marketing Workstream Leadership
- Lead key marketing workstreams including Group Digital, Group Organic Social, and CRM.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders across these channels, building strong and effective working relationships.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution to ensure Frasers Plus activity is aligned across all customer touchpoints.
- Brief and manage creative requirements with internal designer, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications and approvals to support successful delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a CRM, customer marketing or loyalty-focused marketing role.
- Strong experience managing automated customer journeys and personalised CRM communications.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to campaign execution.
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Desirable
- Experience using CRM platforms (we use Voyado)
- Experience within retail, financial services, loyalty or customer engagement programmes.
- Understanding of email, SMS, push notification and app marketing channels.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and marketing compliance requirements.
