Job Description

As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll work behind the scenes in a fast-paced and fashion-forward environment, ensuring our store runs efficiently. Your role will be vital in keeping the shop floor replenished, the stockroom organised, and ensuring the customer experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack, process, and organise deliveries efficiently
• Ensure all stock is accurately labelled, stored, and available for replenishment
• Maintain high standards of organisation and cleanliness in the stockroom
• Replenish shop floor stock promptly to support customer demand
• Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Support retail colleagues when needed, especially during busy periods
• Follow health & safety and stock control procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Organised, methodical and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Physically able to manage stock movement across store areas
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Previous experience in retail, logistics or warehousing is helpful, but not essential
