You’ll set the tone for excellence across sales, service, and operations, driving all commercial areas while delivering an exceptional experience for every member, every visit. As the face of Everlast Gyms, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor and reception, own high standards in every area, and inspire your team to deliver results. With a sharp eye for detail and a fearless, solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, people development, and operational consistency.

- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and elevate a high-performing team, giving regular, constructive feedback to maximise potential.
- Drive Commercial Success: Own all revenue lines (memberships, PT, secondary spend). Maximise overall profitability.
- Elevate Member Experience: Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium environment that enhances every member interaction.
- Operate with Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes, ensuring company standards and central initiatives are delivered at the highest level.
- Champion Standards: Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and presentation whether you’re on shift or not.

Qualifications:

- Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
