Waiter / Waitress – Seasonal Contract – Hotel du Vin
Rate of Pay: Up to £13 per hour inc TRONC, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development.
Contract Type: Seasonal Fixed Term Contract.
Location: Birmingham.

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow and communicating with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships and brand training, preparing you for advancement into F&B Management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the restaurant and provide excellent guest service.
- Control traffic flow and coordinate with the kitchen and management.
