What you will be doing as a Reservation Agent;
At Frasers Hospitality UK Ltd we are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at our UK Head Office. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a polite and professional manner. You will ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed in line with company policy, being responsible for cross selling and upselling on initial enquiries. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.
You are a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy developing positive relationships with guests, ensuring they have the best possible experience during their stay. You will be motivated by business targets and how best to achieve and go beyond these, working in an organised and efficient manner. You will feel confident working as part of a team, helping one another thrive and reach your highest potential.
