What you will be doing as a Reservations Agent
You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a polite and professional manner. You will ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed in line with company policy, cross‑sell and upsell on initial enquiries. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communication with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business. You will own business targets and work efficiently, feeling confident as part of a team and helping others thrive and reach their highest potential.
