Receptionist, Malmaison

Rate of pay: Up to £13.50 per hour including Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development
Location: Cheltenham
Type of contract/ Hours: Permanent / Full-Time / 40 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join the team at Malmaison. You will be the face of our hotel, get paid for doing what you love, get loads of perks and benefits, learn something new and make a career for life with Malmaison.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest service, ensuring the guest experience at Malmaison is the best it can be whilst dealing with queries of all shapes and sizes.
  • Set the tone for the visit and ensure everything goes above and beyond before guests leave.
  • Provide a natural hospitality charm and passion for service.
  • Strive to deliver celebrity service and ensure high standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

We actively encourage internal development and progression. Candidates for this position would be given the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after they have completed their probationary period.
