Role: Receptionist, Malmaison
Location: Cheltenham
Type of contract / Hours: Permanent / Full-Time / 40 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join the team at Malmaison. You will be the face of our hotel, welcome guests, handle queries, and ensure a high standard of service throughout their visit. This role offers a clear progression path and opportunities for internal development within Malmaison.
Responsibilities
You are the first and last point of contact for guests. You will set the tone for the visit, respond to guest queries of all shapes and sizes, and ensure that everything is running smoothly before guests leave. You will strive to deliver a memorable guest experience with high standards and a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements / Qualifications
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service. You should enjoy working with people and making guests feel welcome, with the ability to handle diverse guest needs.
