Overview
Receptionist, Malmaison – £12.48 Per Hour, 40 Hours. Permanent contract. Brighton.
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join the team at Malmaison. You will be the face of our hotel and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring that queries are handled professionally and that guests have a positive experience.
You will set the tone for each guest visit, helping to ensure that everything is delivered above and beyond before guests depart. This role offers opportunities for internal development and progression within Malmaison.
We actively encourage internal development and progression, and Malmaison is on target to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year end. Candidates for this position may have the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after probation.
