Responsibilities
  • Oversee the running of the kitchen and support the Head Chef in delivering high standards every day.
  • Inspire and lead the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.
