Overview
£33,000 – £35,000 Per Annum, 45 Hours • Permanent Contract • Reading
You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things.
- Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property.
- Be organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial; computer literacy is key for compliance and audit.
