Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every dish is perfect and set the tone for each service.
  • Develop the team around you.
  • Combine a creative approach with a strong numerical mindset and a passion for going the extra mile.
  • Lead in a similar quality establishment, with experience in properties of a similar size within a branded environment.
  • Oversee menus that include a la carte items, daily specials, and showcase local and seasonal products from passionate producers.
