About the Role
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in the daily operation of our busy kitchen, taking ownership of our banqueting offering to ensure every event runs seamlessly. From weddings and celebrations to corporate functions, you’ll be the driving force behind high‑quality dishes that impress every guest.
You’ll lead by example, maintain impeccable standards, and inspire the team to deliver consistency, creativity, and exceptional results. This role is ideal for a talented chef looking to gain more responsibility and take a significant step towards a Senior Sous Chef position.
