Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make the final decision on room readiness, guaranteeing that every guest receives a perfect stay.
- Co‑ordinate opening and closing shifts, manage schedules, and ensure coverage for all tasks.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies and equipment, and manage room assets.
- Conduct regular quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Support staff development by providing coaching, training, and opportunities for progression within the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience and uphold the hotel’s brand reputation.
