Hotel Du Vin, located in Exeter, seeks a Deputy General Manager who will lead by example, develop staff, and deliver the expectation of celebrity service.

Responsibilities
- Organise and motivate the team to uphold brand standards.
- Drive brand strategy across all business elements and distinguish HDV from the competition.
- Maximise revenue by analysing the market and managing detail through department managers.
- Lead from the front, setting a strong example for staff.
- Apply experience in managing large teams to support operational excellence.
- Apply knowledge of food and drink in a similarly sized property.
Qualifications
- 12 months or less experience running your own hotel (or equivalent).
- Previous experience managing large teams.
- Sound knowledge of food & drink in a similar sized property (preferred but not mandatory).
