Location: Avon Gorge, Bristol
Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour including TRONC
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and ensure the smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.
- Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue.
- Optimize client relationships and collaborate with key managers across the two hotels.
- Support the M&E Manager in revenue‑generation initiatives and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar hospitality property is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and attention to detail.
- Positive personality and ability to think on your feet.
