The Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant at Hotel Du Vin, you will be an essential part of the team. Working behind the scenes to ensure the Hotel du Vin standards are maintained, you will prepare guest rooms to perfection, ready for check‑in. Housekeeping Assistants style rooms with an eye for detail, working in a team to guarantee that the rooms and general areas of the hotel are ready on time to our standards. You will greet guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you in the corridors. Interacting with our guests is an integral part of the role, so you must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service with a personality.

  • This is a physical role and you must cope with the demands it requires
  • Ideally you have some experience in a similar role, but we are happy to speak to candidates even with no experience
