Role
As a full time Bar and Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. You will be a hands on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver to the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.
Experience
You will be experienced in running a branded restaurant operation and looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or Bar Manager position and looking for more responsibility.
Shifts
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
