It offers an outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Avon Gorge, private gardens that can be booked for exclusive BBQs and events, and there’s a big screen TV with most sporting events shown and a fresh and delicious menu. When the sun is shining, the terrace triples the number of guests that the White Lion can accommodate and turns the White Lion from a relaxing bar to one of the busiest watering holes in Bristol. This offers the management team a unique set of opportunities and challenges; managing guest expectations alongside operating costs and flexible rotas.
