As Reception Manager you and your team are the first and last person our guests see; you set the tone for the visit and ensure everything goes above and beyond before they leave. You will have experience working in a Hotel Reception and ideally with the reservations system Opera. You will be managing a small team within the property and assuming some Duty Manager responsibilities throughout your week. We create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Senior HOD position within Malmaison – we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the reception team and manage guest interactions to ensure high standards of service.
  • Oversee reservations and front-of-house operations (Opera experience preferred).
  • Cover Duty Manager responsibilities as needed during the week.
  • Maintain brand standards and contribute to guest memories and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Hotel Reception and front-of-house operations.
  • Experience with AV/booking systems is helpful; Opera is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a small team and lead by example.
