If you know your way around a bar, can tell your pinot from your chardonnay and can shake a mean martini, this is the job for you. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable bar service with a focus on high standards of banter, product knowledge and guest entertainment.
- Deliver a consistent guest experience for a diverse range of visitors, including after-work drinks, pre-night-out occasions and the broader F&B experience.
- Support internal development and progression toward a Bar Manager role where applicable.
Qualifications
- Experience in bar service and a good knowledge of wines and cocktails.
- Ability to identify wine types (e.g., pinot vs. chardonnay) and shake a martini to a high standard.
