Job title: Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison — £12.76 per hour plus TRONC / Up to 40 hours per week. Location: Aberdeen. This is a permanent, full‑time role.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, helping control the flow of service and communicating with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
  • Provide high service standards and guest-focused experiences, aiming to deliver “celebrity” level service.
  • Work within a busy restaurant and/or bar environment and support the team as needed; adapt to a range of shifts and days.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support career development and progression within Malmaison.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment.
  • Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends; flexible when required.
