Do you love putting a smile on people’s faces and creating memorable experiences? Then come and join our fantastic team at Fraser Suites Glasgow! As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction, providing efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas. Overseeing any outsourced staff when required. You may also occasionally interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during the night shift. You’ll also form part of a rota supporting the opening , service and closure of our breakfast room.
You are an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember.
Although a part time role, overtime will be on hand at key times of year. We are a 24/7 operation with Housekeeping working 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm. With this in mind, your shift pattern will fall between these times.
