FRASERS is a department store group with locations across the UK and Ireland and is one of the best known names on the high street. With a heritage that spans over 170 years and a portfolio of over 500 global brands, we are now entering an exciting new chapter as Frasers. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Derry, managing our Ladieswear and Beauty Departments.
Job Description
Your Role:
- Maximise turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and motivate the team to meet and surpass sales goals
- Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Equip team members with the tools and knowledge to meet business objectives
- Manage presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock according to Head Office directives
- Stay aware of current market trends, upcoming promotions, and local competitors
- Drive and deliver KPIs
- Perform additional duties as necessary within your role\’s responsibilities

- Previous retail experience in the premium sector is preferred
- Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivation abilities
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
