Job Description: Forming part of the digital analytics function, reporting into the analytics lead. You will work closely with the digital product team and wider digital functions to support better understanding of user behaviour across the group’s websites and apps to inform our strategic direction.
Manage a small team of 2 analysts. Taking ownership for the team’s output and personal development. Be the owner of on-site user behaviour, supporting all Frasers Group business teams to understand how our users engage with our sites. Utilise your teams’ resource to proactively identify areas for optimisation, including sizing of potential impact of feature development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, imbedding analytical practices and ways of working into all product development. Aligning product, design, user testing and analytics functions to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle. Partner with the analytics implementation product owners to establish a roadmap of new analytics capture and further data enrichment. Utilise experimentation concepts to measure the efficacy of our feature development.
Qualifications: Experience in management or mentorship of other colleagues. Expert communicator, with the ability to flex their presentation style based on the audience. Proficiency with SQL (required) and R/Python (nice to have). Strong visualisation skills (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau etc.). Extensive experience working in a product / web / digital analytics position ideally within an ecommerce / retail business. An understanding of customer data platform capabilities and their role in the capture of customer / user journey data. Experience working with digital analytics event databases. Experience working with technology and data engineering functions. A keen interest in the broader industry developments and legislative changes affecting the capture of customer / user data.
