We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to help us build high-performing, self-organizing agile teams. The Scrum Master will be part of the squad team, responsible for ensuring quality and optimizing software development and technical delivery. You will ensure that releases are tested, delivered on time, meet quality standards, and maintain live environment integrity.

As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more squads, coaching on Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, clarity, and prioritization.
  • Identify and remove impediments to squad progress.
  • Track and communicate progress using Agile metrics.
  • Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as a servant leader, shielding the team from distractions and promoting health.
  • Help teams and stakeholders understand Agile values and practices.
  • Encourage transparency, inspection & adaptation, and accountability.
  • Contribute to cross-squad collaboration and share best practices across the organization.

What are we looking for?

  • Essential: 2+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher) preferred
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution skills
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of software development processes
  • Tools: Jira, ADO, Trello, MS Project, Miro, Mural
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, XP)
  • Experience in software development or technical background
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, progressive testing, on-prem/cloud architectures
  • Experience with mobile, web, or service-based teams
  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
