Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Designer in our Commercial Division, you will be key to the success of the business, ensuring our customers have the best products at the right price and time. You will focus on evolving continuity products and creating new ones, working on brands like USA PRO and Slazenger. Your responsibilities include researching market trends, adapting existing products, designing new products, and collaborating with suppliers and the design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and develop current products innovatively and commercially
- Create and develop new equipment ranges for relevant brands
- Maintain brand consistency across all product groups
- Design functional, commercial, and relevant products
- Collaborate with designers, brand owners, factories, and suppliers to communicate research, range plans, and tech packs
- Design in 3D; experience with AI visual development is a plus
- Experience in sports equipment design is beneficial
- 2-5 years of experience in a design discipline
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Ability to generate ideas and troubleshoot issues
- Project management skills and experience managing large SKUs
