This is a rota based shift pattern role covering between 6am-9pm. You will manage payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment. This will include payment disputes, chargebacks along with investigating and identifying fraud. You will find patterns and inaccuracies in a multi £M of “Card Not Present” transactions, playing a key role in an integral part of our business. Investigate potential card fraud cases, this will entail checking daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources. Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Looking for patterns/trends in payment activity and communicating out to the wider team. Working as a team to implement best practice for the Group. Processing our Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a contact centre environment role
  • Exposure to fraud cases/situations/ways of working is desirable but not essential
  • Focused and fearless in approach to work
  • Able to spot trends and communicate effectively to the wider team
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team particularly in high pressured situations
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Computer literate- Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
