For our new Flagship store in Meadowhall – Sheffield, we are seeking organised and dependable individuals to join our team as an Operations Back of House, Supervisor.

Job Description
As an Operations Supervisor you will be instrumental in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will handle the organisation and distribution of products, maintaining an orderly stockroom and supporting the sales team in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
- Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and organise incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
- Product Distribution: Transfer stock from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently, ensuring that products are available for customers.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised stockroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supporting Sales Team: Work collaboratively with the sales team to fulfill stock requests and ensure timely replenishment.
- Replenishment: Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring displays are consistently stocked and visually appealing.
- Loss Prevention: Be vigilant in monitoring stock movement to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
Qualifications
- Leadership: A background is a team leader or people management role. The ability to manage the teams workload, delegate and drive performance.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
