Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Be a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
- Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
- Experience the products and services on offer.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
