Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guestβs experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Understand the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
- Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
- Experience the products and services on offer.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities above expectations, actively supporting the team\’s efforts.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.
