The Frasers Group Leadership Academy powers the success of the Group by preparing new managers for success and helping current managers and leaders be their very best. Our comprehensive offering includes Management Essentials and Management Without Limits programmes, webinar-style Skill Boost sessions, and our always-on digital offering – Leadership Unlocked and Leadership Insights (on-demand bitesize content).
Your primary focus will be delivering our programmes, coaching individuals and partnering with business stakeholders. Outside of these core deliverables, you’ll also deliver core skills sessions to our Elevation Programme (graduate scheme) cohorts and ad hoc workshops as needed.
- Facilitate and deliver high-impact courses in face-to-face, virtual and blended environments. Learning facilitation and training delivery will make up approx. 80% of the role
- Run creative, engaging and inclusive learning experiences with a strong commitment to supporting all learners
- Source relevant external learning solutions aligned with Frasers’ values and operational principles
- Coach and support managers to help them achieve performance objectives
- Review and update existing content regularly to ensure relevance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attendees, line managers and other stakeholders
- Track and manage programme completion and, more importantly, measure impact to demonstrate value and improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve content and delivery
- Undertake additional duties or contribute to wider departmental projects as required

Qualifications
- Experience and passion for delivering management and leadership development, with sound knowledge of management and leadership theory
- Energetic and enthusiastic, always focused on delivering strong learning outcomes and performance impact
- Effective facilitation techniques for both online and face-to-face delivery; confident running sessions via MS Teams
- An engaging presenter who interacts well with different audiences
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to coach others, building rapport and balancing challenge and support effectively
- A motivational and inspiring communicator
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience leading teams in the past – to enable powerful and relevant support and advice
- Insights accreditation – desirable (we can support accreditation
- CIPD Level 5 in L&D or equivalent L&D qualification – desirable
