Job Description
Frasers Group are currently looking for a logistics Admin Support to join Logistics team at our impressive state of the art 2m square foot Shirebrook Distribution Centre, that's over 30 football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing procurement documentation and approvals to maintain compliance.
- Assisting in tracking expenses against the agreed logistics budget.
- Keeping records of all supplier agreements and contract renewal dates.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on budget performance.
- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Managing documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Handling any additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a confidential manner
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and able to effectively engage with the team around you
- Close attention to detail to update and maintain records
- Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using Word, Excel and Emails
